When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: full name, company name, email address, phone number, and optionally your industry, the product you're interested in, and any message you write.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — general usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location (country/city level). This is aggregate analytics data and is not tied to your name or contact details.

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you're looking for and get back to you with the right information.

Analytics data is used to understand how people use the site so we can improve it, and to measure whether the site is effectively connecting visitors with the information and support they need.

Contact form submissions are sent via Resend, a third-party email delivery service, which transmits your enquiry to our sales inbox. Resend acts solely as our email processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC), which may involve data being processed outside Singapore. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of business correspondence, after which they may be deleted.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time.
